Dynamic’s claims processing system was designed using only leading edge technology to assist in the efficiency of our claims process. The security of our data is remarkable. All documents are scanned and digitized to prevent any loss of information due to fire, flood, or other natural disaster. Furthermore, our data is housed in an off-site secure facility with mirrored data in an equally secure sister facility. Our systems are not vulnerable to denial of service attacks, viruses or internet attacks that destroy or jam routing at core routers (DNS attacks), and we use a 256 bit encryption scheme to pass our data over the net with sub-second response times.
Our clients have come to rely on the security and ease of access to their data. Authorized client personnel can track and monitor their claims on a 24/7/365 basis via a secure online connection. There is no requirement for installation of any hardware or software; the user would only need access to a secure internet connection with an updated internet browser. The clients can view information related to a file and can add notes to claims to advise adjusters of any information that may be helpful or relevant in the management of the claim.
Our vast range of reporting capabilities allows us to provide numerous types of reports based on any number of criteria. Loss reports can be provided on any time basis preferred by the client, i.e. monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, etc. They can be generated separately for the client in its entirety or by specific employer, location, department, type of injury, date(s) of injury, year(s) of injury, etc. Loss ratio reports and savings reports are also generated to allow our clients to track their savings. All reports can be produced on hard copy or electronically, and information can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed, as requested.
