Our adjusters are trained to detect the smallest level of suspicious activity in a claim. When necessary, claimants are placed under immediate surveillance. The type of surveillance varies based on the nature of the claim and referrals are made to the vendors who specialize in the specific type of services required for each claim.

Our experience in determining when surveillance is necessary helps avoid unnecessary investigative costs. Useful surveillance can result in the detection of fraud or evidence regarding a claimant’s physical abilities.
