Privacy Policy


When you submit your client information through our secure Web forms, it is processed and protected from unauthorized access by a secure firewall and security infrastructure. During transmission, your privacy is protected by encrypting software. Then, when the information is received, we employ extensive physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to make sure it remains secure. We also conduct periodic reviews of our website security to ensure that our electronic safeguards remain up-to-date and effective. Sending personal information through links to email addresses, however, is not secure. Client information is identification and password protected; however, it is up to the client to restrict the access to the protected identification and password and we disclaim any responsibility or liability for a client’s dissemination of the protected information to any employee or third party. In the event that a password and identification have been compromised, the client must immediately notify us in the manner determined by contract and the password must be changed.

We will not sell, rent or license the information you provide to our system. But we may utilize the information in the process of providing the services to your company. We will only share information as needed to perform administrative, technical, or other functions that help us manage the claims on your behalf. Any third-parties such as attorneys, investigators, etc. who process your information also subscribe to the privacy practices in this online statement. Except as noted above, we will not release information to any other party unless required to do so by government authorities or legal process or as otherwise permitted by law.

Email messages can be viewed by other Internet users while in transit. Please do not email personal information unless you do so through secure and authorized channels.

DYNAMIC CLAIM SERVICES, INC. is committed to maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of our members' personal information. We are required by federal and state law to protect the privacy of your personal health information and other personal information about you. In this Notice, we will refer to this information as "confidential information." We also are required to send you this Notice about our policies, safeguards and practices. When we use or disclose your confidential information, we are bound by the terms of this Notice or our revised notice, if we revise it.

To provide you with services, DYNAMIC CLAIM SERVICES, INC. receives confidential information from you and from other sources such as doctors, hospitals, the Workers’ Compensation Board, health care providers, insurers and employers. The information we receive includes personal health information as well as names and addresses. DYNAMIC CLAIM SERVICES, INC. will not disclose confidential information without your authorization unless it is necessary to provide your services, administer your claims, to support our services to you, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. When we need to disclose your confidential information, we will follow the policies described in this Notice to protect your privacy.

DYNAMIC CLAIM SERVICES, INC. has procedures for maintaining and storing confidential records. Access to our facilities is limited to authorized personnel. We restrict internal access to your confidential information to DYNAMIC CLAIM SERVICES, INC. employees or agents who need to know that information to conduct our business. DYNAMIC CLAIM SERVICES, INC. trains its employees on policies and procedures designed to protect your privacy. Our company monitors how we follow those policies and procedures and educates our organization on this important topic.

We will not use your confidential information or disclose it to others without your authorization, except for the following purposes:


  • MEDICAL. We may disclose your confidential information to doctors, hospitals and other health care providers, IME companies, for their provision, coordination or management of medical aspects of your claims - for example, for coordinating IME examinations or obtaining medical records necessary to claims handling.

  • PAYMENTS. We may use and disclose your confidential information to service claims and to determine eligibility for payment in order to fulfill our responsibility to provide you with claims administration. We may also disclose confidential information when necessary to obtain MSA approval or disability benefits information.

  • DISCLOSURES TO EMPLOYER. We may disclose confidential information to the employer so that it can assist us in defending the claim. The employer is not permitted to use the confidential information we disclose for any purpose other than administration of a claim made against it for Workers’ Compensation Benefits. Any unauthorized utilization of information by said employer shall be your responsibility and not the responsibility or liability of DYNAMIC CLAIM SERVICES, INC.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. We may disclose confidential information for public health purposes only if required by law, to report information and statistics as required by law, for any other purpose required by law.

  • JUDICIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS. We may disclose confidential information in a judicial or administrative proceeding or in response to a legal order.

  • LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS. We may disclose confidential information to the police or other law enforcement officials, as required by law or in compliance with a court order or other processes authorized by law such as by warrant or subpoena.

  • HEALTH OR SAFETY. We may disclose confidential information to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the health and safety of the general public.

  • WORKERS’ COMPENSATION. We may disclose your confidential information when necessary to comply with workers' compensation laws.


Please note that should your association with DYNAMIC CLAIM SERVICES, INC. terminate, we will continue to protect your confidential information. It will be used and disclosed only for the purposes described above and in accordance with the policies and procedures described in this Notice.
