Furthermore, our expert in-house counsel is intimately involved with the daily management of claims to assist our adjusters in determining if the best course of action for a claim is litigation or compromise. When litigation is the best form of case management, the case is referred to experienced attorneys who work closely with the adjusters to resolve litigated issues, allowing for the best possible representation of a case. The attorneys are competent in handling all types of hearings, depositions, and appeals and assist in negotiations with opposing counsel when necessary.
